Racing and sport-horse syndicates

Horse syndicate management, with every member in the picture.

Tockly Equine Syndicator Hub brings syndicate horses, members, ownership shares, updates, member invoices and horse accounts together. Use it for one shared horse or a group of racing and sport horses.

For horse syndicators, racing syndicate managers, sport-horse partnerships and ownership groups supporting racehorses, eventers, dressage horses and show jumpers.

Start with the horse and its ownership group.

Add your syndicate horses and record each member’s name, contact details, ownership share and effective start date. Shares can be recorded down to 0.001%, with the current membership determining private access to each horse.

Keep ownership records, share-sale invoices and the recorded percentage sold as separate information. An invoice describes what a member has been charged; issuing or paying it does not itself transfer ownership or change the percentage sold.

Keep members involved in racing and sport-horse progress.

Prepare a shared update with written notes, photos, video, voice notes and links to results, entries or replays. Review the member recipients before publishing and queueing emails. Members open a private link without creating an account.

A racing syndicate can share a training update or race replay. A sport-horse partnership can share competition footage, a dressage result or an eventing update. You choose the information and links; the Hub does not need a connection to a racing or competition website.

Prepare member invoices for share sales, monthly bills and other charges. Review the draft PDF and recipient before sending, then record payments or credits against the outstanding balance.

Horse accounts bring recorded prize money, costs, member capital and distributions together, with expected receipts and unpaid costs kept separate from cash already received or paid. Download horse-account PDFs and review personalised member statements before emailing them.

Enter race or sport-horse winnings manually, with the event date, gross prize money, deductions and net receipt. Review each member’s allocation using ownership on the event date before confirming. Allocate an existing prize receipt without recording the income twice. Member statements show allocated prizes, recorded payouts and funds held.

Record a full member payout already made, with its date and reference. Funds can remain held in the horse account. Partial payouts and applying held funds to invoices are not included. Recording a payout does not transfer money. Racing and competition websites are not synchronised.

Use Syndicator Hub as a standalone service.

Syndicator Hub has its own monthly subscription and can run on its own. A syndicate manager can manage members, updates, bills and horse accounts without subscribing to the full stable-management workspace.

If your business also runs a training stable or boarding operation, you can link full Tockly Equine for its horse care, daily charges and stable invoicing. The stable’s invoice to a syndicate and the Hub’s bills to individual members remain distinct workflows.

Common questions

Your questions, answered.

Is Syndicator Hub only for racing syndicates?

No. It can also support sport-horse partnerships and shared ownership groups for eventing, dressage and show jumping. The horse, member, update and account records are not tied to a racing organisation.

Can I use it for one jointly owned horse?

Yes. The same member, ownership and horse-account records can be used for one shared horse as well as several syndicate horses.

Do members need to create an account?

No. Members open private access links and see the horses and invoices they are authorised to follow. Those links should be kept private.

Do I need full Tockly Equine to use the Hub?

No. Syndicator Hub can run on its own. Full Equine is an optional link for businesses that also need its stable operations and accounting connections.
