Ownership down to 0.001%

Keep dated ownership records down to 0.001%, including hundreds of small holdings. Members can receive updates without being invoiced.

Sold and remaining shareholding

Record the percentage sold and see when all shares are sold. Unsold or retained holdings and invoice payments are shown separately.

Member invoicing

Create share-sale invoices, monthly bills and other charges for selected members. Review and email PDF invoices, record payments or credits, and see what is still owing.

Horse accounts

See each horse’s cash balance, prize money received or expected, costs, unpaid bills and member invoices owing. Keep a separate balance for each currency.

PDF accounts and member statements

Download accounts for a horse and reporting period. Prepare personalised member PDFs with each person’s holding, allocated income and costs, then review recipients before emailing.

Prize money and costs are entered manually. Member invoice payments flow into the horse accounts automatically.

A separate full Tockly Equine membership adds stable daily charges, horse care, bookings and stable invoicing. The stable can bill the responsible syndicate instead of every micro-share member.

Prize-money distribution

Enter race or sport-horse winnings manually, with the event date, gross prize money, deductions and net receipt. Review each member’s allocation using ownership on the event date before confirming. Allocate an existing prize receipt without recording the income twice. Member statements show allocated prizes, recorded payouts and funds held.

Record a full member payout already made, with its date and reference. Funds can remain held in the horse account. Partial payouts and applying held funds to invoices are not included. Recording a payout does not transfer money. Racing and competition websites are not synchronised.
