Manage syndicate horses, ownership shares, member updates, invoices and horse accounts in one workspace. Use Syndicator Hub on its own or link it to a full Tockly Equine membership.
Write an update and add photos, videos, voice notes and useful links to results, entries or race replays.
Attach up to 6 files with a combined limit of 500 MB per update.
Prepare a text update for up to 50 selected horses at once. Add media to one horse at a time.
Save a draft first, then review the recipient list before publishing and queueing emails.
Follow delivery progress while the queue continues processing after you leave the page.
Members receive private access links to the shared updates for their horses.
Each horse has a shared update feed. Members open their private links without creating an account and see only the horses they are authorised to follow.
Share the media once for the horse, rather than copying it for every member.
Members can add private invitations from different syndicators or stables in the same browser tab. Each business is shown with its name and uploaded logo, and access remains limited to that member’s horses and invoices.
View a sample member hubKeep drafts private until you publish. Remove an update from the shared feed while keeping the saved update.
Updates and their media are available for 3 months. Members can download anything they want to keep.
Copy a member’s private access link when they need to open their horse updates again.
A warning email is sent seven days before an update is deleted. Invoices addressed to a member remain available in their private hub for 24 months.
Invoice selected members for share sales, monthly bills and other charges. Nothing is billed automatically from ownership shares.
Save a draft, edit or delete it before sending, and preview the invoice PDF and recipient. Sent invoices stay fixed; record partial payments and credits against the balance.
Copy an earlier bill to a new draft for the next month. Monthly bills are reviewed and sent by you, with duplicate protection for the same horse, customer and month.
An optional share-sale percentage describes what is being sold. Enter the invoice amount and tax rate per item; saving an invoice does not transfer ownership or update the percentage sold.
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online connections belong to full Tockly Equine. They can export the stable’s syndicate invoice; Hub member invoices and ownership allocations stay in Tockly.
See each horse’s cash balance, prize money received or expected, costs, unpaid bills and member invoices owing. Keep a separate balance for each currency.
Record the percentage sold and see when all shares are sold. Unsold or retained holdings and invoice payments are shown separately.
Record opening balances, prize money, other income, member capital, costs and distributions with dates and references. Keep expected receipts and unpaid costs separate from money already received or paid.
See how many member invoices are paid and the amount still owing. Invoice payments feed into the horse’s cash balance automatically; credits reduce the debt without being counted as cash.
Horse accounts are operational cash statements, with manually entered prize money and costs. Bank feeds, racing-authority imports and statutory annual accounts are not included.
Enter race or sport-horse winnings manually, with the event date, gross prize money, deductions and net receipt. Review each member’s allocation using ownership on the event date before confirming. Allocate an existing prize receipt without recording the income twice. Member statements show allocated prizes, recorded payouts and funds held.
Record a full member payout already made, with its date and reference. Funds can remain held in the horse account. Partial payouts and applying held funds to invoices are not included. Recording a payout does not transfer money. Racing and competition websites are not synchronised.
Choose the horse, reporting dates and currency, then download a PDF showing opening and closing cash, receipts, costs, distributions and outstanding amounts.
Each member gets their own PDF with their holding, allocated income and costs, payments and unpaid invoices. Other members’ individual invoices remain private.
Member statements use the ownership recorded on each cash transaction date to allocate operating income and costs. Allocations reconcile to the cent, including unsold or retained holdings. Capital, share-sale receipts and distributions are listed separately.
Preview each personalised PDF, select the member recipients and confirm the email send. Follow delivery progress while the queue continues after you leave the page.
Choose a language and save your default. Invoice labels follow the saved invoice language; names and your own descriptions stay as entered. Some specialist screens and documents may still show English.
Member invoices and horse accounts support NZD, AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF, SGD, HKD, ZAR, AED, INR, CNY, MYR and JPY. Balances stay separate. JPY invoices, payments, credits and horse-account allocations use whole yen.
With an existing linked Equine team, owners, managers and bookkeepers can manage Hub work. Accountants have read-only access and can download reports.
Syndicator Hub has its own monthly subscription. It can run on its own or be linked to a full Equine membership using the same Tockly login.
