A member can add private invitations from different syndicators or stables in the same browser tab. Each business has its own name and uploaded logo, while access remains limited to that member’s permitted horses and invoices.

Horse updates and their media remain available for three months. A warning email is sent seven days before an update is deleted, and members can download anything they need to keep longer.
Invoices addressed to a member remain available in their private Hub for 24 months. Your business can also prepare personalised horse-account statements, preview the PDFs and email them to selected members.

Do horse owners need a password to view updates?
Members use private access links without creating an account. Share those links only with the intended recipients.
Can members see other members’ individual invoices?
No. Member access is limited to their permitted horses and invoices. Other members’ individual invoices remain private.
Can I use it for sport horses as well as racehorses?
Yes. Share progress for eventing, dressage, show jumping or racing, with the notes, media and relevant links you choose.
How long do the updates stay available?
Updates and their media stay available for three months, with a warning email seven days before deletion. Members can download material they want to keep longer.
