One straightforward workflow

From arrival day to money received.

Tockly Equine follows the way a stable actually works, without turning the day into data entry.

  1. 1
    Add the horse and owners

Record the horse, programme, dates, ownership shares and the people who should receive invoices or updates.

  2. 2
    Add procedures and expenses

Daily rates accumulate automatically. Record procedures and expenses against each horse, or capture them from a handwritten worksheet.

  3. 3
    Review and send clear invoices

Review the monthly draft for each billing customer, check horse charges and allocations, then confirm and send.

  4. 4
Keep owners informed and payments moving

Share horse updates, see invoice status and use Tockly’s payment follow-up tools when an account needs attention.

Built around the work you do.

Bring your existing records

Start with your register.

Import a horse-and-owner register from a spreadsheet, document or photograph. Review the proposed records and confirm them before they are added.

Choose a billing changeover date. Previous invoices and balances need separate handling; ask about your setup before moving them.
